At 350 m.above sea level, on the borders of Emilia-Romagna and Líguria, mountains and sea are easily accessible, being only 2 kms from the motorway at Pontremoli.

	Characteristic apartment restored in a typically rural style, with living area combined with a built-in kitchenette,double bed and bathroom. Just in front of it there is a large terrace for the guests of this apartment.
